More than 200 flights were also canceled and nearly 600 flights delayed at the capital's two airports.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> In the same context, Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed that his country is going through a critical stage of flood control, pointing to the need for departments in various regions to strengthen their responsibilities in monitoring and early warning.</p>
