From here, the idea of creating the first solar-powered plane emerged, and here is this plane that sees the light and is flying in the skies of the United States in a series of experiments with the aim of raising its weight to the maximum extent possible.

The Solar Impulse is the first fully solar-powered aircraft, as it is equipped with 12,000 photovoltaic cells in order to generate sufficient electrical energy to fill its battery.

The plane, with its current capacity, can carry one person, and its weight is 1,600 kilograms, while its wingspan reaches 63.4 meters, and the average speed of the plane is 70 km / h.
