Arab Weather - Dr. Abdullah Al-Misnad, Vice President of the Saudi Weather and Climate Society, revealed the distinctive climatic features of September. He explained that the month is characterized by general stability in the atmosphere with continued heat, but temperatures begin to gradually decrease slightly.
He pointed out that rain often falls on the southwestern highlands and the Taif highlands during this month, adding that after mid-September, influenza cases increase, and on the 23rd, the astronomical fall season begins, when the length of night and day becomes equal, and the seasonal Indian depression begins to shrink, allowing the Mediterranean depressions to appear within about 40 days.
