Defense Order No. (3): imposing fines and penalties that amount to imprisonment
Arab Rite - Defense Order No. (3) for the year 2020:
Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Omar Al-Razar announced the issuance of Defense Order No. (3) for the year 2020 AD based on the provisions of Articles (3) and (7) of the Defense Law No. (13) of 1992- and later on Defense Order No. (2) dated 20/202020 , Which includes:

Anyone who violates Defense Order No. (2) for the year 2020 shall be punished by prohibiting the movement of people and their wandering in all regions of the Kingdom, and the communications issued pursuant thereto by the following penalties:
1. A fine of no less than (100) dinars and not more than (500) dinars if the violation is for the first time, and no prosecution is carried out if the offender pays the minimum fine within a week of the date of the violation.
2. Imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year or a fine of no less than (100) dinars and not exceeding (500) dinars, or both penalties in the event of repetition.
3. The vehicle used during the curfew is set for a period of (30) days.

Whoever opens his shop who is authorized to be outside the permitted hours shall be penalized with a fine of no less than (1,000) dinars and with closing his shop for a period of (14) days.

Whoever opens his shop without being authorized to him, shall be punished by detention for a period not exceeding (3) months or by a fine of (3000) dinars or both penalties.
