Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Omar Al-Razar announced the issuance of Defense Order No. (3) for the year 2020 AD based on the provisions of Articles (3) and (7) of the Defense Law No. (13) of 1992- and later on Defense Order No. (2) dated 20/202020 , Which includes:

1. A fine of no less than (100) dinars and not more than (500) dinars if the violation is for the first time, and no prosecution is carried out if the offender pays the minimum fine within a week of the date of the violation.

2. Imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year or a fine of no less than (100) dinars and not exceeding (500) dinars, or both penalties in the event of repetition.
