موقع ArabiaWeather.com- باشرت إدارة الدفاع المدني بمنطقة مكة المُكرمة يوم أمس الإثنين إخماد حرقٍ إندلع بأحد الفنادق، وسارعت بإخلاء النزلاء من حُجاج بيت الله الحرام البالغ عددهم 1500 حاج.
كما وأفادت التقارير الواردة من هناك بإصابة 4 حجاج يحملون الجنسية اليمنية بإصابات وُصفت بالبسيطة جراء حادث حريق اندلع بغرفتهم بالدور الحادي عشر بأحد الفنادق المكونة من 15 طابق بالعاصمة المقدسة .
وأوضح مدير إدارة الإعلام والناطق الإعلامي للدفاع المدني العقيد عبدالله العرابي الحارثي، أن الحادث وقع في تمام الساعه 2:45 من صباح فجر اليوم الأثنين السابع من ذي الحجة. حيث تلقت عمليات الدفاع المدني بلاغاً عن حريق بالطابق الحادي عشر من فندق مخصص لإسكان الحجاج، وعلى الفور تم توجيه فرق الدفاع المدني المجهزة بسيارات السلالم، حيث تم اخلاء الحجاج وعددهم ١٥٠٠حاج وهو إخلاء احترازي وتم إعادتهم للفندق بعد التأكد من وزال الخطر وسلامة الموقع .
