The results of the study showed that people who were committed to brushing their teeth before bed were less likely to develop cardiovascular diseases.
The study authors pointed out that the results highlight the importance of brushing teeth before bed, as brushing only in the morning after waking up is not enough. They emphasized the necessity of brushing teeth before breakfast to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
