The government will launch a mortar platform ( www.mouneh.jo ), corresponding to 28-3-2020, and it is a guide for companies and licensed applications that provide home delivery services in all governorates of the Kingdom.

The platform contains two main categories, which are smart applications and electronic stores, through which electronic ordering operations can be made or by calling and providing home delivery. As for the other category, it is a list of groceries and catering stores spread in the governorates of the Kingdom, which can deliver goods. To the nearby areas within the neighborhoods, if available.

The platform also includes the names and information of applications and electronic stores licensed by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority for the purposes of home delivery, bearing in mind that any applications that are not present on the platform are not licensed or approved at the present time.

During the coming days, the experiment will be evaluated and some mechanisms will be added or stopped according to the latest developments and field experience.

The supermarkets and hypermarkets will be allowed to deliver to the homes through their cars designated for this purpose, or through companies licensed to service delivery, from ten in the morning until six in the evening daily, knowing that the cash payment will be replaced by digital payment soon through a mechanism that will be announced at a later time.

The government has circulated to service providers a comprehensive public health guide that should be followed during home furnishing, which will be subject to periodic monitoring by ad hoc teams.

It is noteworthy that the platform was developed programmatically and electronically by voluntary work from the "Arab Weather" technical team who have experience in the digital and technical field and in accommodating large numbers of users.
