After the abundant rainy season that God blessed us with during the past two weeks, the wild mushroom collection season has begun from the mountains, plateaus and valleys of the Koura district in northern Jordan, and during an exploratory tour with a number of colleagues, namely Mr. Unusually, there is a distinctive wild red mushroom growing near the maple tree (Arbutus). It has taken on the color of the red-purple maple and the taste of maple fruits. We also found an oily green mushroom near a field of wild green mint. It has taken on the green color and the taste of wild mint in a western phenomenon that has rarely been recorded. in the Jordanian forests.
