This atmosphere comes as a result of the exposure of several parts of the European continent, especially the western and central parts of it, to a flow of very cold air, as a result of which temperatures drop below zero degrees Celsius in those regions, and this flow of cold air corresponds to another flow of warm air over the eastern regions of the White Sea.
