<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Weather of Arabia - The Greater Amman Municipality declared a moderate state of emergency (heavy rain), starting this morning, Monday, to deal with the expected weather instability, according to reports of weather forecasting centers, from rainfall.<br /><br /> The media spokesman for the Municipality of Amman, Nasser Al-Rahamneh, confirmed the readiness of the cadres in the field to deal with any reports received by the Tlaa Al-Ali emergency room, calling on fellow citizens, in case of monitoring any observation, to contact the unified call center numbers (102 and 117180).</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> He also called for taking precautions by staying away from the streams of valleys and low areas, and not connecting the gutters of houses (the roof) to the sewage (sewage) outlets to avoid overflowing in the roads, and not dumping waste indiscriminately because it caused the closure of rainwater drainage lines.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /> He stressed the need to inspect the submersible pumps in the floors and shops that are below street level, and for merchants to take preventive precautions when storing goods in warehouses and basements.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><br /> The Municipality calls on contractors and owners of construction projects to take the initiative to secure building materials in order to avoid drifting and causing direct closure of rainwater drainage lines.</p>
