Rain and hail showers will fall on the southern regions, with snow falling on the tops of the Shara Mountains and the southern Badia regions, in addition to the Karak heights, and it includes snow opportunities (Tafila, Shoubak, Wadi Musa, Mubarak, Ras al-Naqab and Nuaimat villages all the way to the heights of Rum) and random snow showers are not excluded in The rest of the regions, and with the late night hours, especially after midnight on Sunday / Monday, the chances of precipitation weaken and the amount of clouds decreases, coinciding with the deepening of the Siberian polar winds to the Kingdom.

And the influence of the very cold Siberian polar air mass deepens and is stationed over Iraq on Sunday night / Monday, which leads to the flow of cold northeastern winds, as temperatures drop sharply and tangibly and rapidly to become temperatures below zero degrees Celsius in large areas of the Kingdom with the middle of Sunday night / Monday and Monday dawn, and the roads are still wet, which leads to the formation of a large-scale ice wave, and the formation of ice includes internal and external roads in cities, which poses a real danger when walking on the roads.

It is expected that the influence of the polar winds will extend to the Jordan Valley, including the central and southern Jordan Valley, causing frost and freezing in those areas, which means that there is a real threat to the crops in those areas.

In light of the expected weather conditions, the Arab Weather Center advises the necessity of

• Be aware of the danger of falling and accumulating snow in exposed areas
• Attention to the danger of freezing and icing, which poses a danger to driving on the roads and to livestock plants, so it is advised to prepare early for this
• Reducing movement and not driving on roads that witness the formation of ice, especially on Monday morning
• The safe use of heating devices and heavy clothing, especially for the elderly and children.
