Injuries, recovery and checks:

Today (14) new cases of coronavirus were recorded, one of which is local only, as follows:

One case in contact with an injured person in Ramtha District.

(11) Cases of Jordanians coming from abroad, residing in Al-Hajar Hotels (2 from Saudi Arabia, 2 from Egypt, 1 from Kuwait, 4 from Sudan, and 2 from the Emirates)

- Two cases of truck drivers arriving across the Al-Omari border, one of whom is Jordanian, and the other is of foreign nationality, which was dealt with according to the protocol.

This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to 1001.

There were also (4) recovery cases recorded for this day, (3) at Prince Hamza Hospital, and one at Queen Alia Hospital.

- 8230 laboratory tests were performed today, bringing the total number of examinations conducted so far to 310,732.

Other actions:

- The Ministry of Health invites citizens who wish to request appointment dates for review in hospitals and government health centers to enter through the online platform ( www.emed.hakeem.jo ), which was launched within the National Program for the Computing of the Health Sector (Hakim).

- The Ministry of Health also invites citizens who have received alerts via the application (safety) because of their contact with infected persons, to go immediately to the specialized medical centers to reveal their health status.

The procedures for returning Jordanians from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (by land) are still ongoing, and the number of returnees has reached 350 Jordanian and Jordanian until this morning, and the crisis cell continues in coordination with the Jordanian embassy in Riyadh to encourage Jordanians who want to return across the Al-Omari borders almost daily.

- Next Sunday, 6/21/2020, will the return of the stranded Jordanians from the sisterly State of Palestine, and from Israel; The necessary preparations are being made in the crisis cell in this regard.
