Jordan: 5 cases of corona virus were recorded, all of them non-local

Injuries, recovery and checks:
Today (5) new cases of Coronavirus, all of them not local, were registered from abroad, who reside in the Hajar Hotels. (3 from Saudi Arabia, 1 from Iraq, and 1 from the United States of America).
This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to 1214 cases.
Today, the death of a female citizen who was infected with Corona virus in Prince Hamza Hospital, aged 70 years, is suffering from many chronic diseases. (God have mercy on her), bringing the total number of deaths to 11.
One case of healing was also recorded for this day, at Queen Alia Hospital.
- (7155) laboratory tests were conducted, thus bringing the total number of examinations that have been conducted to date (507217).

Other actions:
- The Ministry of Health stresses the importance of using the (AMAN) application, which contributed to the discovery of many cases, and this has made it easier for epidemiological investigation teams to reach all contacts with these cases.

- The Ministry also stresses the importance of using the (Your Health) application, which provides its users with the latest information, news and discoveries related to the Corona virus in the world, in addition to containing health instructions, warnings and alerts related to the developments of the epidemiological situation.
