Jordan | The temperature recorded last night in some areas of the Kingdom was the lowest in October in 21 years!
Arab Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The weather monitoring stations spread across the Kingdom recorded very low and unusual temperatures for this time of year, coinciding with the deepening of a cold upper basin towards the atmosphere of the eastern basin of the Mediterranean Sea and the Kingdom, coming from southeast Europe, coinciding with the rush of eastern winds that will increase the feeling of cold significantly.
The latest reports indicate that Marka Airport recorded a minimum temperature of 8.4 degrees Celsius, the lowest since October 2003, i.e. 21 years ago! While the Mafraq weather station recorded 4.5 degrees Celsius, the lowest temperature recorded for the same period since 2008, i.e. 16 years ago.
Queen Alia Airport also recorded a minimum temperature of 4 degrees Celsius on Tuesday/Wednesday night, which is the lowest temperature recorded for the month of October since 2011, i.e. 13 years ago.
