Jordan | Temperate air mass, its effect increases on Wednesday, and cold weather needs a light coat, late night hours and early morning
Arab Weather - The daily report issued by the weather forecast staff at the Arab Weather Center indicates that the Kingdom will be affected in the coming days by a moderately hot and humid air mass coming across the southeast of the European continent towards the Kingdom and the eastern region of the Mediterranean, God willing.
In the details, there is a drop in temperatures on Tuesday, as the Kingdom is affected by northwesterly currents with lower temperatures and higher humidity compared to previous days, and the atmosphere gradually becomes milder with daylight hours after it was relatively hot during the past days. The temperatures continued to drop on Wednesday, becoming slightly below their normal rates for this time of the year. The weather is moderate in many areas, and remains relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, Aqaba and desert areas.
Night temperatures decrease, with an increase in humidity, when the atmosphere is described as humid and cold, especially in the mountainous areas and the eastern plains, where the lowest drops to 15 degrees Celsius or less, and is slightly higher in Amman and the main cities. The atmosphere after midnight until the early morning hours becomes unsuitable for outdoor sessions due to the combination of cold weather conditions and high relative humidity, as well as the activity of northwesterly winds sometimes. Therefore, “Arab Weather” advises to wear a light coat to match the cold weather.
The fall season in the Kingdom is characterized by large and rapid fluctuations in the atmosphere, after the effect of the moderate air mass on the Kingdom, which was previously talked about, a rise in temperatures appears on the horizon this weekend and the beginning of next week to become higher than the averages, and this is what characterizes the autumn season. The rapid change of its atmosphere, as a result of the beginning of the arrival of the relatively cold air masses to the lower latitudes.
God knows.
