Arab Weather - Weather experts at the Arab Weather Regional Center said that the latest outputs from what is called computer simulation show that the shape of the weather systems expected for the remainder of August will be the continued presence of the high pressure system in the upper layers of the atmosphere near the Kingdom, and thus normal to relatively hot summer weather will prevail in various regions.

Experts at the Arab Weather Center reported that most of the remaining days of August will witness normal to relatively hot summer weather in the western and mountainous regions of the Kingdom, and hot to very hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and the city of Aqaba, in addition to the southern and eastern Badia regions. The winds will be northwesterly, moderate in speed, accompanied by active gusts in the afternoon and evening.

The weather at night will be pleasant in many areas of the Kingdom, but it will tend to be cold late at night and during the dawn hours in the high mountainous areas and eastern plains. Surface humidity levels will rise, as amounts of low clouds will appear, especially in the north of the Kingdom, especially at dawn and in the morning.
