And that the volume of rain falling since the beginning of the season rose to about 1,510 billion m3 from the general annual rate, or 18.4% of the annual rate of 8.1 billion m3 annually, and the highest rate of rainfall was recorded during the past 24 hours in Qatraneh - Suqa 18 ,5 mm.
The volume of rainfall during the past 24 hours in all regions of the Kingdom was recorded at 32.4 million m3, concentrated in Karak governorate 12.5 million m3, Amman 8.5 million m3, Tafilah 7.5 million m3, Maan 1.5 million m3, and Aqaba 0.7 million m3, while Madaba recorded 1.3 million m3, and showed that the average rainfall according to its stations was recorded in Karak 5.7 mm, Tafilah 3.4 mm, Maan 0.4 mm, Aqaba 0.7 mm, and the capital an average of 1.7 mm. Madaba 1.6 mm, Zarqa 0.1 mm, Jerash 0.1 mm, Mafraq 0.2 mm, and Irbid 0.2 mm, while the Balqa and Ajloun governorates did not record any precipitation.
