Jordan | The Crown Prince and Princess Rajwa are blessed with “Iman”
Weather of Arabia - King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein announced, on Saturday morning, the birth of Princess Rajwa Al Hussein and Crown Prince Hussein of their first child. This came in a post by the Jordanian King on his official page on the “X” platform (formerly Twitter), where he said: “Praise be to God who gave us our first granddaughter, Iman, daughter of Al-Hussein. I congratulate Al-Hussein and Rajwa, the two dears, on their newborn. We ask God to grow her in a good way and protect her for her parents. You have enlightened our family, Jeddo.” ".
The Jordanian Royal Court issued a statement saying:
“The Royal Hashemite Court is pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince, and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, have given birth today, on the twenty-eighth of Muharram 1446 AH, corresponding to the third of August 2024 AD, to a baby girl whom they have named Iman. May God make her the apple of her parents’ eyes.” He added: “The Royal Hashemite Court, as it expresses its most sincere congratulations and blessings to His Highness the Crown Prince and Her Highness Princess Rajwa, on their precious baby girl, and blesses Their Majesties King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein and Queen Rania Al Abdullah, may God protect them, on their granddaughter, May God Almighty protect the precious princess, and entrust her with care under the care of her parents and the Hashemite family, under the patronage of the dean of the Al-Bayt family. He continued: “Their Highnesses Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, may God protect them, express their great gratitude to the Almighty for his blessing Their Highnesses wish those from the large Jordanian family who wish to congratulate themselves on this occasion, by replacing sending gifts or bouquets of flowers, by donating to the Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, in support of orphaned young men and women.”
