Stable weather in the morning

According to the weather maps received at the Arab Weather Center, the weather during the morning hours of Sunday 11/24/2024 will be generally stable with the usual autumn weather, continuing the same weather that affected the Kingdom on Saturday 11/23/2024.

Sudden coup starting in the afternoon hours

The Kingdom is expected to be crossed by what is called a cold air front starting from the afternoon hours and starting from the northern regions of the Kingdom, where wind speeds will increase significantly and will be accompanied by strong gusts, some of which will reach speeds exceeding 80 km/h, with clouds and clouds condensing and rapid rain showers that will generally be light to medium in intensity and will not last long, God willing. After that, the same cold air front will continue to cross the Kingdom's atmosphere, where the weather will change suddenly with the same characteristics in the central and eastern regions in the early afternoon hours and later in the southern regions of the Kingdom. It is expected that this air front will cause dense dust waves in desert areas and some external roads, which will lead to a decrease in horizontal visibility and obstruction of traffic.

A sharp and rapid drop in temperature

The results of the numerical simulation of temperatures indicate that during the passage of this air front, a sudden temperature inversion will also occur, represented by a sharp and rapid drop in temperatures, and as a result, the feeling of cold weather will increase, which will become very cold by nightfall.

On Sunday/Monday night, temperatures will continue to drop, approaching zero degrees Celsius in some areas, such as the peaks of the Sharah Mountains, which will make the weather very cold in different parts of the Kingdom. This drop in temperatures to this level is the earliest that has occurred in the Kingdom in many years, and temperatures are expected to drop below their normal rates for this time of year during the night hours by more than 5-7 degrees Celsius.
