Arab Weather - Meteorologists at the Arab Weather Regional Center said that starting tonight, Thursday/Friday night, cold weather is expected in various regions of the Kingdom, as the minimum temperature drops to 8 degrees Celsius, and the eastern winds are expected to gradually become active during the late night hours and Friday dawn, accompanied by strong gusts, especially on the slopes of the high mountain heights and the Jordan Valley regions, which in turn leads to a noticeable increase in the feeling of cold.

Friday: Significant activity in the southeast winds with an increased feeling of coldness during the night and early morning

God willing, temperatures are expected to remain about two degrees Celsius above average on Friday, but people will feel less hot, especially in the shade, due to the activity of the easterly winds, especially in the morning hours. Friday will be relatively cold in most parts of the Kingdom, especially over the high mountainous areas, with clouds appearing at medium and high altitudes.

The winds will be southeasterly, moderate in speed, accompanied by active to strong gusts on the slopes of the mountain heights, the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. The southeasterly winds will also stir up dust and dirt in the desert and exposed areas, causing a decrease in horizontal visibility.

Saturday: Decrease in easterly wind activity and relatively cold weather in various regions

On Saturday, temperatures will remain about 2 degrees Celsius above average, and the weather will be relatively cold in the mountains and pleasant in the rest of the regions, especially in the lowlands, with scattered clouds appearing. Maximum temperatures in the capital, Amman, will be around 18 degrees Celsius. Winds will be moderate easterly.
