Jordanians will have an official holiday next week on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday

Weather of Arabia - Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh issued a notice suspending working hours on Wednesday, the twenty-seventh of September 2023, on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.

And in the details: All ministries, official departments, public institutions and bodies, official universities, municipalities, joint services councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and companies wholly owned by the government will suspend their work on Wednesday the twelfth of the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal of the year 1445 AH, corresponding to the twenty-seventh of September 2023 AD. To celebrate this occasion.

The statement issued by the Prime Minister on Sunday excluded ministries, official departments and institutions whose work nature requires otherwise.

In commemoration of this fragrant anniversary, the Prime Minister stressed that all ministries, official departments, institutions and public bodies should contribute to highlighting this solemn occasion and displaying it in a way that befits it.
