Omani Meteorology issues Alert No. (2) of heavy rain expected tomorrow, Monday

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Weather of Arabia - Omani Meteorology and the Civil Aviation Authority issued Alert No. (2) regarding heavy rains expected tomorrow, Monday, and it stated:</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Due to the heavy thunderstorms that are likely to fall from tomorrow morning, Monday, April 10, 2023 AD until evening, on the Hajar Mountains and their adjacent areas and parts of the governorates of South Sharqiyah, Muscat, Al Wusta, and Dhofar, which may range from 10 to 40 mm.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The Civil Aviation Authority calls on everyone to take precautions and caution during thunderstorms, not to cross valleys, avoid low places, and not go to the sea during the warning period.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Expected effect during the alert period:</p><ol style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The flow of reefs and valleys in some areas is accompanied by active downward winds sometimes.</li><li style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Low horizontal visibility during thunderstorms. </li></ol><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><img alt="" src="/sites/default/files/uploads-2020/omanmeteorology942023.jpg" style="width: 849px; height: 1200px;" /></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p>
