Arab Weather - Works: Operations rooms and field teams continue to provide service to citizens

The operation rooms of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing received 495 complaints during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry dealt with all reports and notes received by it in permanent and continuous coordination with the Ministry's partners and immediately, confirming that the teams of the Ministry of Field Works are ready and continue their field trips in all regions of the Kingdom to process and resolve any notice and provide services to citizens.

The ministry pointed out that most of the reports received were about opening roads in areas that witnessed heavy snowfall in the past days, in addition to the gathering of rainwater resulting from melting snow and the withdrawal of citizens' vehicles that were disrupted on the sides of the roads to safe places so as not to impede the movement of the mechanisms operating in the field.

The Ministry renews its call to fellow citizens to stay away from streams of torrents and valleys, not to leave homes and use vehicles except for the utmost necessity due to the possibility of torrents forming in some areas as a result of rain, melting snow and freezing in other areas, pointing out that its field staff will spray salt using the equipment allocated in all exposed areas To freeze.
