و تعرضت الكثير من المناطق الجبلية و الداخلية و الساحلية إلى تساقط للأمطار أدى إلى تراكم كبير للمياه في الشوارع و جريان الأودية و تشكل السيول. و تركزت شدة الأمطار على الإمارات الشمالية خاصة دبي و المناطق المجاورة و أيضا على بعض المناطق الداخلية القريبة و الجبلية و الساحل الشرقي.
