Emirates | Announcing the new date for launching the Hope Probe
Arab Weather - The Emirates Space Agency and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center in cooperation and consultation with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, responsible for the launch rocket carrying the "Probe of Hope", announced the first Arab mission to explore Mars, about the new date for launching the mission towards Mars, which will be on Friday, July 17, 2020.
The launch will be at 12:43 am after midnight Emirates time, (16 July 2020, at 08:43 pm GMT), from the Tanegashima Space Center in Japan.
The Emirates Space Agency and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center in cooperation and consultation with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, which is responsible for the launch missile, announced today that the launch of the UAE mission to explore Mars, "Probe of Hope", was postponed due to weather conditions at the launch site on Tanegashima Island, Japan.
