In light of the weather forecast, the Ministry of Interior, in coordination with the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, activated the distance education system on Thursday and Friday for all educational institutions, while leaving decision-making regarding the individual situation to the relevant authorities at the national and local levels.

It was also recommended to activate the remote work system for government institutions and the private sector for Thursday and Friday , with the exception of vital jobs and participation in response and recovery work. The necessary decisions have been taken based on assessments of the weather condition and its impacts by the relevant authorities.
In addition, the Ministry of Interior, in coordination with the Emergency and Crisis Authority, closed all roads leading to areas prone to floods and water accumulations during the period of bad weather, while continuing to call on citizens to follow official directives and avoid dangerous areas.
