It will be accompanied by very heavy and heavy rains in some areas of the Emirates, including the capital, Abu Dhabi, during the dawn and morning hours of Saturday. These rains are accompanied by remarkable wind activity and large amounts of rain falling in a short time, leading to the flow of valleys and a rise in water levels.
