In the details, the scientific spokesman in the civil defense, Lieutenant Colonel Iyad Al-Amro, said until the 10:00 am today, Friday, 179 cases of water raid have been dealt with in homes in the North and Central governorates.

In addition to assisting and securing (23) people surrounded by rain water with their vehicles, and transporting them to safe areas, due to the high water levels or the inability to continue on the path.

As a result of strong winds, some cases of flying objects were dealt with, such as zinco panels.

The collapse of some retaining walls was also dealt with as a result of rainwater accumulation, as it reached (11) retaining walls in the governorate of the capital, Ajloun, Irbid and Zarqa.

Lt. Col. Al-Amro called for the necessity of adhering to the advice and instructions issued by the civil defense and the competent authorities during this depression and the need to stay away from the valleys and places where torrents form in order to preserve the safety of citizens, and not to hesitate to call the unified emergency phone (911) in all parts of the Kingdom if the need arises.
