Arabia Weather - The latest rain radar images indicate that the southwestern and western sector of the Kingdom is affected by unstable weather conditions that lead to the proliferation of cumulus thunderclouds and rainfall.
In details, the pictures show large quantities of cumulonimbus thunderstorm clouds affecting the highlands of eastern Jazan and parts of Asir, western Al-Baha, Taif, and the Al-Sail Al-Kabir region east of Mecca, as these areas are exposed to thunderstorms of varying intensity, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and hail showers.
The latest weather forecasts indicate that the aforementioned areas will continue to be affected by cumulonimbus and rain clouds during the coming hours.
Arab Weather warns of:
- Heavy rainfall in some areas.
- The danger of flowing valleys and torrents on mountain slopes and low-lying areas
