Saudi Arabia 5:15 AM | A belt of rainy thunderclouds is now affecting Yanbu, Umluj, and Al-Wajh
Arabia Weather - Sinan Khalaf - The forecast team at the Arab Regional Weather Center is monitoring what the latest satellite images show of the formation of a belt of rain-thunder clouds along the northwestern coastal strip of the Kingdom, directly affecting Yanbu, Umluj, and Al-Wajh with varying intensity.
Expectations indicate that this belt of cumulus thunderclouds will move further south, affecting Rabigh during the morning hours of Wednesday. These thunderclouds in the aforementioned areas are expected to be accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and surface wind activity.
In Arabian weather, we are observing the possibility of clouds extending further south to affect the city of Jeddah, but in a weaker and less severe manner in the afternoon hours, and God knows best.
