طقس العرب - سنان خلف - توقع كادر التنبؤات في مركز طقس العرب الإقليمي أن ترتفع درجات الحرارة بشكل اضافي لتصل إلى نهاية الأربعين مئوية، وربما تلامس الـ 50 في أجزاء من شرق المملكة.
وفي التفاصيل فيُسيطر مرتفع جوي مداري وكتلة هوائية حارة على أجواء شبه الجزيرة العربية، خاصة الأجزاء الوسطى والشرقية منها، وذلك بالتزامن مع تأثير منخفض الهند الموسمي، وبالتالي تسود أجواء حارة إلى شديدة الحرارة في تلك المناطق، وترتفع لتقترب من أواخر الأربعينات مئوية، وذلك في الأجزاء الداخلية من المنطقة الشرقية وحفر الباطن، وتكون حول الـ 45 مئوية في المناطق الوسطى بما فيها العاصمة الرياض.
أما في عموم سواحل المنطقة الشرقية فترتفع نسب الرطوبة بشكل لافت في الدمام والخبر و وصولا حتى الخفجي والحدود مع الكويت، من شأن هذه الرطوبة أن تزيد من وطأة الحر في المنطقة.
