Experts at the Arab Weather Center indicated that it is expected that clouds will continue to appear at different altitudes over parts of the Jazan and Asir highlands, accompanied by scattered rain and thunder at times.
As for the weekend, God willing, the cloud activity is expected to expand slightly and include scattered areas of the highlands of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and southeast of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, with thunderstorms of varying intensity in some areas.
The specialists at the Arab Weather Center said that it is expected that the area of rain clouds will continue to decline in the southwestern sector during the remainder of September to be in narrow areas of some southern highlands, as a result of the continued decline of the ITCZ tropical belt to the south, which was responsible, God willing, for the occurrence of summer rains in the southwestern and western regions during the past weeks.
And God knows best.
