Arab Weather - The capital, Riyadh, is preparing to host the third edition of the Global Artificial Intelligence Summit, which will bring together the most prominent global figures in the field of artificial intelligence, including decision-makers, investors, CEOs, and interested parties. Abdullah Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, Chairman of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, stated during a press conference preceding the summit that the great demand for registration was evident by the number of registrants exceeding 30,000 people through the official website. He explained that the current edition comes under the optimistic slogan "Artificial Intelligence for the Good of Humanity", with the participation of 456 speakers from more than 100 countries.

Global AI Summit Agreements and Initiatives
During the press conference at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, the numbers of the expected agreements and initiatives were revealed. More than 70 agreements are expected to be signed between local and international entities and companies. 25 initiatives will also be launched in the field of artificial intelligence, focusing on building human capacities, artificial intelligence ethics, infrastructure, in addition to an initiative aimed at including the Arabic language in artificial intelligence technologies while accommodating local Saudi dialects.

Launch of an international center for the ethics of artificial intelligence
In cooperation with UNESCO, Saudi Arabia is preparing to launch an international center specialized in the ethics of artificial intelligence, headquartered in Riyadh. Details will be announced during the summit, which will last for three days and include more than 150 sessions distributed between the main stage and workshops. The third edition focuses on 8 main themes, including the role of governments in investing in artificial intelligence capabilities to drive economic growth, the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence, and the impact of governance and artificial intelligence ethics on the fields of education, culture and science.

Saudi Arabia is rapidly moving towards becoming a global hub for data and artificial intelligence. According to a report by global consulting firm PwC, artificial intelligence is expected to contribute $135 billion to the Saudi economy by 2030.
