Saudi Arabia: A new rain event will affect the Kingdom starting Monday, and its impact will increase on Tuesday
Arabia Weather - The latest weather maps at the Arab Regional Weather Center indicate expectations that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be affected by a new rainy weather condition in the middle of the week, as a result of an air depression crossing the high air layers over the Kingdom, coinciding with an extension of the so-called Red Sea depression and the flow of tropical moisture towards the region. Which leads to the proliferation of cumulus clouds and rainfall in several regions of the Kingdom.
Based on the above, it is expected, God willing, that the rain will resume on Monday in the northwestern regions around the Tabuk region and parts of Al-Jawf and the west of the northern border region, and it may later affect, in the late hours of the night, parts of the coasts of Medina, and this rain will be variable. Heavy rain is sometimes accompanied by thunder.
As for Tuesday, the effect of the upper air depression deepens over the Kingdom’s atmosphere, so that the activity of cumulus clouds expands to many parts of the northern borders, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Hail, Al-Qassim, Medina, and Mecca, and these rains are sometimes heavy and accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms. Papyrus falls, leading to the flow of valleys and reefs.
Rainfall will decrease in most regions on Wednesday, but the chance remains for some rain to fall in parts of the north and center of the Kingdom.
God knows.
