Saudi Arabia | The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques called for a rain prayer on Thursday, corresponding to the 4th of Rabi` al-Akher, 1442 AH

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">Arab Weather - The following statement was issued by the Royal Court today:<br /> (Statement from the Royal Court)<br /> Based on the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to perform the rain prayer, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God preserve and protect him - called for the rain prayer throughout the Kingdom next Thursday, corresponding to the 4th of Rabi` Al-Akhir 1442 AH according to the Umm Al-Qura calendar Everyone should do a great deal of repentance, seeking forgiveness, and returning to God, glory be to Him, and kindness to His servants, and increasing the obligatory duties of obedience, such as alms, prayers and remembrances, and facilitating the servants of God and relieving their anguish, so that God may release us and facilitate for us what we hope, and everyone who is able should strive to perform Prayer, in accordance with the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and as an expression of the lack of God Almighty, with urgency in supplication, for God loves among His servants a lot of supplication and insistence in it.<br /> We ask God the greatest ability to have mercy on the country and the people, to answer the supplications of His servants, and to make what He conveys a mercy for them and goods for a while, for He is Hearer and Responsible, and may God bless our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and grant them peace.</p>
