Saudi Arabia | Multiple weather phenomena, rain and hail expected in many areas at the end of the week.. Details
Arab Weather - The latest weather reports issued by the weather forecasting staff at the "Arab Weather Regional Center" continue to indicate that large parts of the Kingdom will be affected at the end of this week by a new rainy and toxic condition, causing widespread weather fluctuations, including many regions of the Kingdom, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity.
Experts at the Arab Weather Regional Center believe that the expected weather fluctuations are the result of the concentration of a low pressure system accompanied by a cold air mass in the eastern basin of the Mediterranean Sea, coinciding with an extension of the Red Sea low pressure system and an influx of tropical moisture from the south, which causes a widespread state of atmospheric instability that will continue to affect the region for several days.
Arab Weather expects that cumulonimbus clouds will multiply over large parts of the Kingdom, including all the western parts of the Kingdom, including Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Taif, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, all the way to Madinah, Hail, Al-Qassim, Hafar Al-Batin region, and the northern parts of the Riyadh region administratively, accompanied by a number of weather phenomena.
Multiple weather phenomena accompany the rainy situation
Thunderstorms, rain and hail showers in wide areas
The weather forecasting staff at "Arab Weather" indicated that all the mentioned areas will be exposed to showers of medium and sometimes heavy rain, which may cause valleys and torrents to flow, and it is also possible that showers of hail will fall, which may be dense and accumulated at times, especially in different parts of the Hail and Qassim regions.
Down winds accompany thunderstorms
Possible dust waves accompanied by a decrease in horizontal visibility
It is also expected that some of the mentioned areas will witness descending winds before and during the passage of cumulonimbus clouds, which will cause dust and dirt to be stirred up and possibly local dust storms, especially in open areas before the rain falls, which requires the installation of tents and volatile objects, and God knows best.
