Saudi Arabia | Mecca records the first birth for the Hajj season 1445/2024
Weather of Arabia - The Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Assembly revealed the birth of a 30-year-old Nigerian pilgrim in the Maternity and Children’s Hospital in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The pilgrim gave birth to a child whom she named “Muhammad”, to be the first born during this year’s Hajj season 1445 AH.
The Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Assembly explained that the patient was received in the emergency department of the hospital while she was pregnant in the 31st week, as she was suffering from labor pain. The emergency doctors immediately took care of her condition and transferred her to the maternity department, where the natural birth took place, thank God, the mother and child are in good condition, and the infant is under care. Intense because he was born prematurely.
The health group added that the Maternity and Children's Hospital is working at full capacity to provide the best health services to pilgrims, and to deal with emergency cases with high levels of medical care in the fields of women, obstetrics and children.
The Nigerian pilgrim expressed her deep thanks and gratitude to the medical staff for the excellent care she and her child received.
It is noteworthy that the Maternity and Children's Hospital receives many maternity cases annually during the Hajj season, and provides them with all the necessary attention and care.
