The "Al-Dahna" field of unconventional natural gas was also discovered 230 km southwest of the city of Dhahran, after gas flowed from the well (Al-Dahna-4) at a rate of 8.1 million standard cubic feet per day, and gas flowed from the well (Al-Dahna-370100) at a rate 17.5 million standard cubic feet per day and 362 barrels of condensate.

According to the "SPA" agency, the Saudi Minister of Energy stressed that the importance of these discoveries lies in strengthening Saudi Arabia's reserves of natural gas, which contributes to supporting the Kingdom's strategies and achieving the goals of the liquid fuel displacement program.
