Jordanian Health: 2,152 new cases of corona and 23 deaths - may God have mercy on them all

Arab Weather - (2152) cases of the new Corona virus were recorded, and they were distributed as follows:

- (762) in the governorate of the capital, Amman.

- (614) are in Irbid governorate, of which (62) are in Ramtha.

- (144) in Al-Balqa governorate.

- (125) In Zarqa Governorate.

- (82) in Ajloun governorate.

- (75) in Mafraq governorate.

- (74) in Jerash governorate.

- (73) in the Aqaba Governorate.

- (58) in Karak governorate.

- (54) in Tafila governorate.

- (48) in Madaba governorate.

- (43) are in Ma'an Governorate, of which (3) are in Petra.

This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to (274,949) cases, while the number of currently active cases is (28,257) cases.

- (23) deaths were recorded, (may God have mercy on them all), bringing the total number of deaths to (3568) cases.

- The number of cases that have been admitted to hospitals today is (102), while (129) cases have been left.

The total number of confirmed cases receiving treatment in hospitals is (1037).

The total number of isolation beds used in hospitals for confirmed and suspected cases yesterday (954), with an occupancy rate (22%), while the total number of ICU beds used in hospitals for confirmed and suspected cases yesterday (323), with an occupancy rate (35%).

The total number of ventilators used in hospitals for confirmed and suspected cases yesterday (142), with an occupancy rate (17%).

- The number of recovery cases for today in home isolation and hospitals reached (3980) cases, bringing the total cases to (243,106) cases.

(18,536) laboratory tests were performed, bringing the total number of examinations to (2,962,873), and thus the percentage of positive tests for this day is approximately (11.61%).

Other actions:

• The Ministry of Health calls on everyone to adhere to defense orders, and to follow preventive measures, especially wearing masks, and not holding gatherings of more than (20) people, and to follow up on the awareness campaign launched by the ministry to prevent infection with the Coronavirus and encourage individuals to protect their families and society (# with their protection).
