Jordanian Health: 3,800 new local cases of Coronavirus (the highest daily toll since the start of the pandemic) and 44 deaths
Arab Weather - (3800) cases of the new Corona virus were recorded, all of them local, and were distributed as follows:
- (2253) in the governorate of the capital, Amman.
- (562) in Zarqa Governorate.
- (383) in Irbid governorate, including (7) in Ramtha.
- (143) in Jerash governorate.
- (98) in Tafila governorate.
- (87) in Karak governorate.
- (76) in Mafraq governorate.
- (62) in the Aqaba governorate.
- (47) were in Ma'an Governorate, (18) were in Petra.
- (44) In Al Balqa governorate.
- (41) in the Ajloun governorate.
- (4) In Madaba governorate.
This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to (58,855) cases.
- (44) deaths were recorded, (may God have mercy on them all), bringing the total number of deaths to (668) cases.
- The number of cases that have been admitted today for treatment in accredited hospitals has reached (198) cases, and the total number of cases currently receiving treatment in hospitals reaches (1283) cases, while the rest of the injured are subject to home isolation.
(29,606) laboratory tests were performed, bringing the total number of examinations to (1,758,841) tests.
Other actions:
- The Ministry of Health is currently working on creating a mechanism to calculate the numbers of daily healing cases, so that it includes the cases present in home isolation as well as the cases that are in the approved hospitals, and the numbers will be announced according to the new mechanism as soon as it is ready.
In light of the continued registration of local cases of infection, the Ministry of Health calls on everyone to abide by defense orders, follow safety and prevention standards, wear masks, and not hold gatherings of more than (20) people, use the (Aman) app, and the (Sehatak) app.
