Arabia Weather - The Republic of Iraq is affected by a hot to very hot air mass today and in the past days, with it expected to continue over the coming days with varying intensity, and our latest forecasts at the “Arab Weather” Center indicate that there will be an additional and clear rise in temperatures with the weekend, so that In the capital, Baghdad, it reaches 46-47 degrees Celsius, becoming 6-7 degrees Celsius higher than average, amid extremely hot conditions.

In the weather forecasting department at the Arab Weather Center, we are following and monitoring the developments of the extremely hot air mass during the blessed Eid al-Adha holiday, as initial forecasts indicate a clear intensification of this mass during the middle of next week , as temperatures may exceed the 50 Celsius barrier in large areas. From the country, especially the southern and central regions , amidst scorching climates and extremely high temperatures, such that they may become 10-11 degrees Celsius above their general average.
