Iraq | An earthquake hits the cities of Sulaymaniyah and Halabja in the Kurdistan Region

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"><strong>Weather of Arabia</strong> - An earthquake measuring 4.8 degrees on the Richter scale struck areas of northern Iraq near the border with Iran, at 9:30 (local time) on Thursday evening, as the epicenter is 22 km northeast of Halijah.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The tremor was felt by the residents of the cities of Sulaymaniyah and Halija, in addition to Kirkuk and Baghdad, according to the Iraqi News Agency (INA).</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> No children have yet responded about the damage caused by the earthquake.</p>
