The direction of the winds contributes to the gradual arrival of dust waves to Kuwait on Sunday

After analyzing the outputs of the numerical models processed by the Arab Weather Center, it is expected that the direction of the westerly winds to the northwest will help the dust waves from Iraqi lands gradually and directly towards the interior of Kuwait, causing a noticeable increase in the density of dust and a noticeable decrease in the range of horizontal visibility.

However, according to preliminary indicators, the impact of dust on the coasts and Kuwait City is expected to be less severe than the interior regions due to its exposure to southeasterly winds coming from the Arabian Gulf and having a marine source, in contrast to the dusty continental winds that will be exposed to the interior regions.

Therefore, the Arab Weather website advises that the necessary precautions should be taken early to deal with the dusty weather conditions that the interior of Kuwait will be exposed to.
