The latest computer modeling outputs, issued Sunday morning, indicate that various parts of the Kingdom, including the capital, Riyadh, will continue to be affected by a state of atmospheric instability, as cumulonimbus clouds are expected to multiply again, accompanied by rainfall in many areas.

Weather fluctuations are expected to begin today in the southwestern parts of the Kingdom, where cumulus clouds will increase during the coming hours, creating the opportunity for scattered showers of rain of varying intensity on the highlands of Jazan, Asir and Al-Baha, reaching south of Taif. These rains may be accompanied by lightning, thunder and active surface winds.
A belt of thunderclouds affects parts of the Eastern Province and Riyadh
At the same time, the southeastern parts of the Kingdom remain under the influence of a belt of cumulonimbus clouds, which is expected to extend in the afternoon hours to include parts of the capital, Riyadh, bringing thunderstorms that may be accompanied by hail.
As the evening hours progress, cumulus clouds begin to form over the Tabuk region, where showers of varying intensity of thunderstorms are expected, before these clouds move quickly eastward, affecting the Al-Jawf region during the late night hours and dawn and morning of Monday, causing rainfall of varying intensity.
