The sixth edition of the Dubai Run Challenge in an unforgettable atmosphere (Video)

Arab Weather - The Dubai Running Challenge Championship kicked off this Sunday morning on Sheikh Zayed Road and in downtown Dubai, with the participation of thousands of contestants of all ages.

The Dubai Run, the world’s largest community running event, topped the closing schedule of the eighth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.

Participants enjoyed amazing air shows from Ski Dubai, amidst an unforgettable atmosphere.

Dubai Running Challenge

The sixth edition of the Dubai Run presented by Mai Dubai marked a historic event as His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, led 278,000 runners in the world’s largest community running event. Participants celebrated the conclusion of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2024 in a vibrant atmosphere on Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown Dubai, where the venue was transformed into a sea of green runners.

Dubai Police luxury cars led the participants on 5km and 10km routes, accompanied by live music. Runners of all ages and abilities enjoyed running near Dubai’s famous landmarks such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai International Financial Centre. The event was a celebration of Dubai’s values of unity, diversity, interaction and activity.
