General situation

It indicates relatively hot to hot weather in early summer, turning very hot at intervals during July and August, with temperatures above normal. It is expected that the need for cooling and energy will increase during these two months. Cumulus clouds may also appear in scattered areas, which may be accompanied by local showers of rain in limited areas during July and August.

First month: (June 2024)

• Temperature: Higher than average

• Rain: No significant rain

• Description of the month: High pressure controls the north of the European continent, which allows air masses of mild temperatures to sometimes descend towards the region, and the high pressure does not advance towards the region significantly. The weather is relatively hot at the beginning of the month and becomes hot at the end of the month with the beginning of the high pressure extending towards the region more.

Second month: (July 2024)

• Temperature: Higher than average
• Rain: No significant rain
• Description of the month: Low pressure is controlling the north of the European continent, allowing the high pressure to expand and intensify further towards the subtropical latitudes, reaching the eastern Mediterranean and the Levant countries, accompanied by hotter and more dominant air masses (this information is only available to subscribers via the premium package from here)
