موقع ArabiaWeather.com – شهدت جزيرة سيلاويسي الإندونيسية يوم الأحد 8-9-2013 انفجاراً هائلاً لبُركان جبل لوكون.

 

البُركان عمل على انبعاث كميات هائلة من الرماد البُركاني إلى طبقات الجو ، بحيث وصل عامود الدُخان إلى ارتفاع 3000 متر فوق سطح البحر.

و قد سجل المُلاحظون أكثر من 41 انفجاراً بركانيا منذ بداية الشهر الحالي،و لكن هذا الانفجار كان الأقوى على الإطلاق.

 

السُلطات الإندونيسية قامت بخبرتها بإخلاء المنطقة من السُكان و تأمين منطقة حماية بلغ قطرها 2.5 كيلومتر حول فوهة البُركان.
