Video | A majestic scene of flocks of migratory birds was observed in the sky of Jordan this morning
Arab Weather - The camera of the Arab weather delegate, Amer Al-Qahf, this morning, spotted flocks of migratory birds in the sky of Jordan, specifically near the city of Jerash, which is a type of stork.
The season of bird migration from the northern parts of the globe to the southern parts begins, marking the end of the summer season. These birds pass over Jordan twice a year.
The head of the studies and research department at the Royal Scientific Society for the Conservation of Nature, researcher Ihab Eid, had said earlier, "The appearance of these birds usually comes during the migration period because our area, which is located within the topography of the crater crater, is considered a corridor for these birds."

He pointed out that the area helps to form air currents that enable birds to move in their migration according to the fluctuations of the weather in summer and winter, noting that Jordan has 431 species of birds, 90 of which are of the resident type, while the others are considered migratory and transitory to the region.
He pointed out that the Kingdom's middle location between the continents of Europe, Africa and Asia made it a path for the movement of birds in their periodic migration to adapt to their requirements and atmosphere.
