Pictures from the scene showed flames rising between the buildings where the plane crashed and people rushed out of their homes.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The governor said the civilian training plane was most likely a technical crash because the weather conditions were right for the flight. The governor told reporters that the accident also destroyed two homes and two vehicles.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> In June 2021, another training plane crashed near the same area, landing in a nearby orchard. The flight instructor and trainee pilot were injured.</p>
