Thunderstorms of rain are also expected in the southeast of the country and the sea coasts. Southern Red, cumulus clouds are accompanied by downward winds that may raise dust in some areas.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"></p><h3 style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Warns of the formation of torrents and water bodies.</h3>
